Upgrade your installation with our premium dual-layer foam gasket, made exclusively for Nomadic air conditioners. At 1.5" thick, it allows for custom notching to match any van roof contour.

This one-piece gasket features a high-density closed-cell foam top layer for an enhanced weather seal, and a lower-density open-cell foam bottom layer for superior sound dampening. A pre-applied adhesive backing ensures simple, tool-free installation.

We recommend this gasket for all Nomadic air conditioners—especially where thicker seals are required. It delivers easier placement, better sealing performance, and less mess compared to wrapping thinner gaskets.

Note: This is an upgraded product and not included with Nomadic Cooling A/C units. Silicone sealant is still recommended for a watertight finish.
