This Hollywood Legends Collection (Special Edition) Barbie is a replica of Maria from the movie scene where she teaches the children to sing "Do-Re-Mi" song. This 1995 Barbie doll dresses in a demure jumper with floral printed brocade skirt and is accompanied by her guitar.. From the Sound of Music, Maria Barbie wears short, cropped hair just like the character in the movie. A simple straw hat gives her a very nice country look. Her beautiful blue eyes and innocent smile complete her lovely appearance. She is indeed "A drop of golden sun". This Barbie was produced in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the film's debut.
